Dear Patients,

After much reflection and with a deep sense of gratitude, I am writing to let you know that I will be retiring from private practice as of July16, 2025. My career has been a meaningful and fulfilling chapter of my life, and stepping away is not a decision I have made lightly.

It has been one of my greatest honours to have been entrusted with your health care needs. I have valued every conversation, every challenge, and every moment shared in this journey. Getting to know you, learning your stories, and watching you and your families grow has been both inspiring and humbling. I will especially miss the laughs and the banter that we shared.

I am currently looking for practitioners whom I can recommend to replace me. I will hopefully have some names and send out another e-mail before I retire.
